Can someone please come teach me to cook. I feel like shit all the time and I know it’s because I eat like shit All the time. Literally going from outside in the heat to an a/c room makes me shake so much from the cold I have to wear a jacket…in July
So any tips for cooking and eating better would help a lot. :)
